This year during the month of March, I was lucky enough to be a part of the Quit Your Day Job Tour with my good pal J.C. Ratliff. We hit the road starting in Louisville, KY and proceeded up to Cleveland, Detroit, and Chicago, ending the run in Charlotte, NC. We saw some unique places and had some amazing shows along the way.
This blog post is the first part of a brief account of our travels, the people we met, and the places we went. Enjoy.....
Which Poster was better? I would have to say the bottom one, but mostly because I made it at Arts & Crafts Night.
On my way to
pick up JC in Knoxville, TN I made a stop in Greenville, SC to do a show. Heath and Carlos were there. We had a lot of drinks and a lot of fun. Also found my buddy Tim Northern's Sticker on the wall.
Made it to Knoxville and picked up my co-pilot for the trip (left)
As anyone knows that goes on the road with me, it is a ritual to buy a lottery ticket in a new state and play. Jenn Snyder knows this all too well. (right)
We Made it to Louisville, KY. Yes, that is a giant bat. Yes, this was worth the stop. You should go here too. Yep. Bat.
Below are a bunch of more photos from the road. Places we went, and shows that we performed at. Enjoy!
